How to Start a Return or Exchange

We want returns and exchanges to be as easy as possible. 

Visit our RETURN PORTAL and follow the simple steps. You’ll just need one of the following:

  • Your email + ZIP code

  • Your order number + tracking number

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A prepaid return shipping label, or

  • A QR code for convenient drop-off (no printer required!)

If you purchased Checkout+ by Redo with your order, you’ll enjoy extra flexibility:

  • Unlimited exchange attempts for that order (your first exchange must be started within 30 days of delivery).  Exchange item ships when return item is received and inspected.

  • Free return shipping when you choose store credit.  Store credit will be issued when return item is received and inspected.

  • Free shipping on all exchange attempts tied to that order

If Checkout+ by Redo was not purchased, customers are responsible for shipping costs when:

  • Returning for a refund

  • Exchanging for another size or style

Please note: Checkout+ by Redo does not cover return shipping for refunds. You will be issued and charged for the least expensive return label we can find.

 

Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of their original order to initiate a return.

For orders placed between November 1 and December 25, we offer an extended return window through January 20. All items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, shoe boxes, and any accessories.

If we made a mistake with your order or you need help navigating your return portal, please email us at cs@broncowesternsupply.com or call 1-833-653-0011, and we’ll be happy to assist you in whatever you need.

Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Bathing suits: We can only accept returns or exchanges on bathing suits if the hygiene liner is still in place.  If we receive a bathing suit back without it in place, we will not be able to process a refund. 

Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: Perfume/cologne, pharmacy items, books, computer software, bits, food items, dewormer, flea and tick topical treatments, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), and discontinued items. Personalized items are ineligible to be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) 

Restocking fees

Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur charges to cover our losses. In these cases, a restocking fee of up to 20%, may be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee charged for saddles is a MINIMUM of $25.

Processing fees

Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however Bronco Western Supply Company does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.

Saddle return policy

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition.  We do not accept returns on used saddles.

Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE in their description are NON-RETURNABLE.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.

Damages or shortages to shipment

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
