Return Policy
Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of their original order to initiate a return.
For orders placed between October 1 and December 30, we offer an extended return window through January 23. All items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, shoe boxes, and any accessories.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return label. Returns shipped after that window will incur a 10% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable return label deduction.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer free return shipping when you choose store credit or request an exchange.

To request store credit, select that option during the return process or note it under the reason for return.

To request an exchange, include the size or item you'd like in the notes section when submitting your return.

We’ll cover return shipping for your first exchange on each order. If you need to make additional exchanges, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs after that.
There’s no fee for the return label, and store credit never expires.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a return label will still be provided, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed.
If we made a mistake with your order, please email us at cs@broncowesternsupply.com or call 1-833-653-0011, and we’ll be happy to provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original payment method for the returned item and a charge for the new item.

Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: Perfume/ cologne, Pharmacy items, books, computer software, bits, food items, dewormer, flea and tick topical treatments, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), and discontinued items. Personalized items are ineligible to be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund minus the return shipping.
Restocking fees
Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur charges to cover our losses. In these cases, a restocking fee of up to 20%, may be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee charged for saddles is a MINIMUM of $25.
Processing fees
Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however Bronco Western Supply Company does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.
Saddle return policy
It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition. We do not accept returns on used saddles.
Sale Items
Items marked down 50% or more or listed as FINAL SALE in their description are NON-RETURNABLE.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state or local laws.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.
Damages or shortages to shipment
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
