Return Policy

Returns

Customers have 30 days from their original order to initiate a return. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. To initiate a return, please call us at (734) 607-1110 or e-mail at info@broncowesternsupply.com to tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service. Special order, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.  Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: Pharmacy items, books, computer software, bits, food items, dewormer, flea and tick topical treatments, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), and discontinued items. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)

If you simply have changed your mind or wish to exchange a product, we ask that the customer pay the return shipping charge to us. If we have made a mistake on the order, call us at (734) 607-1110, and we will be happy to issue a return shipping label to you to have the item(s) sent back to our warehouse at no charge to you. In the case of items returned for exchange, you will be responsible for shipping fees for the new item(s) to be sent back to you. 

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling. 

Restocking fees

Restocking fees are sometimes necessary for returned items where there was no mistake on the original order, as we may incur charges to cover our losses. In these cases, a restocking fee, up to 20%, may be deducted from your refund.

Processing fees

Processing fees are not applicable in most cases, however Bronco Western Supply Company does reserve the right to charge any additional fees in connection with your return should the need arise.

Saddle return policy

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition.  We do not accept returns on used saddles.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers.

Damages or shortages to shipment

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
