Shipping & Delivery
Not at this time—right now we only ship within the U.S. We’re always listening though, so if you're outside the States and dreamin’ of Bronco, shoot us a message. Never say never.
We sure do—orders over $125 (for eligible items) ship free via ground. Some exclusions may apply.
For smaller orders, you’ll choose USPS or UPS at checkout. Real-time rates and estimated delivery times pop up right there. (Delivery time starts once your order's packed and ready.)
In-stock items ship in 1–5 business days. Drop-ship items (those that ship straight from the maker) take 7–21 business days to leave the warehouse. Transit time depends on your shipping choice.
Our in-stock items ship from our warehouse in Sylvania, Ohio.
No in-store shopping at the moment—we’re all online, all the time.
Returns & Exchanges
Head to our Return Portal. Use your email + ZIP or order + tracking number to log in. You can grab a prepaid label or a QR code (no printer needed).
Start your return within 30 days of your order date. Bought during the holidays (Nov 1–Dec 25)? You’ve got 'til Jan 20 to send it back.
If you grabbed Checkout+ by Redo at checkout, you get free return shipping for store credit, free shipping on exchanges, and unlimited exchange attempts for that order. Didn’t grab Checkout+? You’ll cover all return shipping costs for refunds or size/style swaps. Refunds won’t include shipping, and we’ll use the least-cost label.
Items must be new and unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories. Please pack returns in a shipping box or poly mailer. Sending items back in just the product packaging could result in a restocking fee.
Yep—some things can’t come back:
- Perfume/cologne
- Pharmacy items
- Books, software, bits
- Food, dewormer, flea/tick treatments
- Special orders, discontinued items
- Personalized items (unless we messed up)
- Bathing suits must have hygiene liners intact
If it says FINAL SALE, it’s not returnable.
Sometimes. If the return wasn’t due to our mistake, up to 20% may be deducted. Saddle returns have a $25 minimum restocking fee.
Use a clean pad to test fit and keep it spotless—no dirt, wear, or signs of use. Only unused saddles in new condition can be returned. Used saddles can’t be returned.
Reach out to the carrier right away and hang on to all packaging. Let us know within 72 hours.

These ship directly from the brand or maker, not our warehouse. They usually take 7–21 business days to process. Some can’t be returned or may have restocking fees—check the product page for details.
Some are, but not all. We work with a mix of brands—some make their goods here in the U.S., and others manufacture globally. What matters most to us is quality, comfort, and the kind of style that lasts. We don’t currently list country of origin on our product pages, but if you’re curious about a specific item, just reach out—we’re always happy to look into it for you.
