Only giving two stars because the sweatshirt itself was so soft and nice but the pumkin is hard even after washed and keeps making the sweatshirt come up and sits weird. Gave as a gift and i am so embarrassed.

Love the quality of these boots! Unfortunately, my arch is too high and they are too hard to get on and off. Once on, they are too long in the toe and too much slip in the heel.
I would like to return, please. How do I go about doing that?
Color was a little different than pictured a little bit darker and they do run a little bit big wish I would’ve downsized
