In-stock items ship in 1–5 business days. Drop-ship items (those that ship straight from the maker) take 7–21 business days to leave the warehouse. Transit time depends on your shipping choice.

Our in-stock items ship from our warehouse in Sylvania, Ohio.

Returns requested beyond the standard 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only between those dates. Your full 30-day window still applies if it ends after January 10.
