When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship in 1–5 business days. Drop-ship items (those that ship straight from the maker) take 7–21 business days to leave the warehouse. Transit time depends on your shipping choice.

Our in-stock items ship from our warehouse in Sylvania, Ohio.

Can I shop in person or pick up my order?
No in-store shopping at the moment—we’re all online, all the time.

• Returns: Start your return in our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Holiday orders placed October 15–December 25 have an extended return-request deadline of January 10. Returns requested beyond the standard 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only between those dates. Your full 30-day window still applies if it ends after January 10.
